Recycling and Reducing

Our BuildMyCreditScore cards are made of 70% recycled material, and we expect to achieve a 99% recycled product by the end of 2024. We have also extended the lifespan of our cards from 3 to 5 years, contributing to a significant reduction in plastic waste and the carbon emissions associated with producing and delivering our cards.

Removing more than we produce

We know our BuildMyCreditScore debit cards contain plastic, and are working on different solutions to reduce this. In the meantime, we're focussed on reducing the impact of our cards, and have committed to removing 2.5 times the plastic we produce every year. We do this by supporting Plastic Bank who recover and recycle ocean bound plastic.
