BuildMyCreditScore survey reward terms and conditions

  1. The BuildMyCreditScore Survey Reward offer ("Offer") is provided by BuildMyCreditScore ("the Company") and is subject to these terms and conditions.

  2. The Offer is open to customers who have been actively using BuildMyCreditScore for a minimum of 3 months ("Eligible Customers"). Participation in the Offer is by invitation only, and vouchers will only be awarded to customers who have been identified and contacted directly by BuildMyCreditScore.

  3. Participation in the Offer is voluntary. By completing the survey, Eligible Customers agree to these terms and conditions.

  4. To qualify for the £25 Amazon voucher, Eligible Customers must complete the survey in full and provide satisfactory detail in their responses. The Company reserves the right to determine the adequacy of survey responses.

  5. Only one Amazon voucher will be awarded per customer, regardless of the number of surveys completed.

  6. Eligible Customers who are willing to participate in the survey may be contacted by our PR agency for further information. Participation in contact with the PR agency is optional.

  7. By agreeing to take part, Eligible Customers consent to provide further information about their experience with BuildMyCreditScore and may be asked to provide photos or participate in a photo session for the purpose of creating a case study.

  8. By participating in the survey and phone interview, you consent to the creation of a case study and understand that your responses will be used for marketing, public relations, and internal purposes by BuildMyCreditScore. Additionally, by providing us with your image, you consent to its use in connection with the case study, allowing for the reproduction and reuse of your comments and likeness.

  9. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.

  10. Participation in the Offer constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
